We have a few rules so that everyone can play fairly and have a good time. By joining HeliosMine you accept them. On our Discord server, Discord’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply as well.
Community
- Swearing and insults: No swearing at, insulting or putting down players or staff.
- Harassment and discrimination: No pestering someone again and again, threatening them, singling them out or putting them down for who they are.
- Personal information: No sharing anyone’s personal information without their permission, or threatening to expose it. Spreading personal data unlawfully can be a crime under Turkish law (Turkish Penal Code, article 136).
- Chat manners: No spam, flooding, needless pinging, disturbing others in voice channels or using channels for something other than what they are for.
- Advertising: No advertising other servers, communities or commercial services without staff permission.
- Inappropriate content: No pornographic content, harmful links, graphic violence or misleading posts.
Gameplay and islands
- Cheats and exploits: No hacked clients, auto-clickers, banned macros, bots or any software that gives an unfair advantage. Staying AFK on your island is fine, but no program may click or hit for you. Using a bug in the game, or helping others use one, is not allowed either.
- Economy abuse: No duplicating items or money, abusing reward systems or manipulating the server’s economy.
- Island responsibility: Anything gained through cheats or exploits can be taken back and the island can be reset. Other members of the island are only removed if it is proven that they took part in the violation or knowingly profited from it.
- Safe trading: When you trade, use only the game’s safe ways: the trade menu or the player market. We can’t help players who are scammed any other way, so be careful. Buying or selling in-game items, money, accounts or islands for real money is not allowed without staff permission.
- Server safety: No deliberately lowering the server’s performance, sabotaging its systems, impersonating staff or getting around a punishment with another account.
- Account safety: You are responsible for your account. Violations made with a shared account are judged on the evidence available.
Found a bug? Don’t use it, report it. This is a game and bugs happen, but you may not use them for your own gain. Whoever reports a bug through a Discord support ticket is rewarded; whoever uses one is removed from the server.
Punishments
Each row shows the first, second, third… violation from left to right.

Depending on the violation, the penalty is a mute, a loss of access or a ban. Serious violations can lead to a permanent ban the first time.
General
- Record: After 180 days without a violation your standard warnings are cleared. Serious violations stay on your record and are not pardoned.
- Appeals: You can ask for a permanent mute to be lifted after 90 days. If you think you were punished unfairly, you can always appeal with your evidence by opening a Discord support ticket.
- Staff: For serious violations the punishment can apply both on Discord and in the game. Staff may make a punishment lighter or heavier depending on what happened.
The rules are updated when needed; the version in the rules channel on our Discord is always the one that counts.
