These terms apply when you use the heliosmine.net website, the HeliosMine Minecraft server and the store. By logging in to the site, joining the game or topping up credits, you accept them.
HeliosMine is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

HeliosMine is run by Muhammet Ali Kayapınar. You can reach us at contact@heliosmine.net or through a support ticket on our Discord server.
Before you buy
What to know before you pay, in short (the details are below and on the Refunds and delivery page):
- Seller: Credit packages are sold by Tebex Limited, which takes the payment. HeliosMine puts the credits on your account and delivers the items in the game.
- What you get: Credits, HeliosMine’s virtual currency. With them you buy in-game rights and items in the store: Helios VIP, unlimited flight, crate keys, spawners.
- Price: Credit package prices are on the Credits page, in US dollars; Tebex’s checkout shows the final amount with the tax for your country. Each item’s price in credits is on its own page.
- Delivery: Credits reach your account as soon as the payment is approved. An item is delivered in the game at once if the player is online, otherwise when they next join.
- Right of withdrawal: Credits are digital content added to your account at once; when you agree at checkout to have them added at once, your right of withdrawal ends.
- Complaints: Write to us first. If we can’t settle it and you live in Türkiye, you can apply to a consumer arbitration committee or a consumer court, depending on the amount; elsewhere, to your own country’s consumer bodies.
Your account
- Your account is made in the game; on the site you log in with the same player name and password.
- Don’t share your password with anyone. You are responsible for your account; we recommend turning on two-step verification.
- If you are under 13, play on HeliosMine with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian.
Rules
Our rules apply in the game, on Discord and on the site. An account that breaks them can be muted, lose access or be banned. An account banned for breaking the rules gets no refund for its credits or the items it bought.
Images
We may use images (screenshots, videos) of what you build in the game to promote HeliosMine; your player name may show in them. If you’d rather we didn’t, write to contact@heliosmine.net or on Discord and we’ll take it down.
Credits
- Credits are HeliosMine’s virtual currency; they are only for buying items in the store on heliosmine.net and in the game.
- Credits have no money value: they can’t be turned into money, moved to another account or sold. They don’t expire.
- You can only top up your own account. You can buy items in the store as a gift for another player.
- If a mistake puts the wrong number of credits on your account, it is corrected.
Payment
Credit packages are sold to you by Tebex Limited. You pay on Tebex’s secure page, and Tebex’s checkout terms apply as the seller. Your card and billing details never reach us.
- Under Tebex’s terms you must be at least 16 to top up credits. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian first.
- Prices are in US dollars. Tebex shows the tax for your country and the amount you pay on its checkout page.
- Pay only with your own card, or a payment method whose owner has said yes. If a payment made with someone else’s card without their permission is refunded, its credits are taken back and the account they went to may lose the use of the store.
- Write to us before you dispute a payment: after a dispute with no good reason, topping up may be closed to your account (Refunds and delivery).
Store and items
- Items in the store are bought with credits and delivered in the game: at once if the player is online, otherwise when they next join.
- Helios VIP and unlimited flight arrive in your inventory as a coupon; the time starts when you use the coupon. A coupon used while the time is running adds its days to what is left.
- Items are in-game rights and items. Coupons, keys and spawners can be traded in the game; buying or selling them for real money is against the rules.
- The rewards of crates opened with a crate key come down to chance. Each reward’s chance is shown on the item’s page.
- We keep improving the game, and to keep it balanced the perks an item gives may change. If we stop selling an item, the ones already bought stay valid until their time runs out.
Refunds
Delivery, refunds and payment disputes are covered on the Refunds and delivery page.
Liability
We try to keep the server and the site running without interruptions or errors, but we can’t guarantee it: maintenance, updates or faults can cause short outages. Credits or items you lose through a mistake on our side are given back once our records confirm it.
Changes
We may change these terms. When we do, we update the date on this page and announce important changes on Discord.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your own country are not affected.
